Fees

First Visit 30 minute consultation including a very thorough chiropractic, orthopaedic, neurologic and functional examination;

Adult: $80
Under 18: $80
Under 6: $70

Second Visit 30 minute consultation explaining the patient’s condition, usually including an explanation of the x-ray findings, followed by a chiropractic adjustment.

Adult: $80
Under 18: $80
Under 6: $59

Standard Chiropractic Adjustment (treatment)

Flat rate $59

All X Rays Bulk Billed

Family Discounts

leederville_children Family members of the same household attending on the same day will each receive a further 10% discount from their standard adjustment fee.

Refer a Friend Loyalty Program

The greatest complement we can receive is when our patients refer their friends and family. We like to reward such loyalty with a one free visit for each patient you refer to us.

Health Fund Rebates

HICAPS Facilities available. Most private health insurance companies offer rebates for chiropractic services. These can be claimed on the spot with HICAPS !!

HCF – More for Backs– FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION

Through our More for Backs provider network, HCF members with eligible extras cover can access, one fully covered initial consultation for eligible musculoskeletal conditions per year: whether for a new health condition or flare up of an existing one. This fully covered consultation includes a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Workers Compensation Claims

You can elect to have a chiropractor provide care for a work-related injury.
Chiropractic care is covered under the Workers’ Compensation Act. You must notify us at or before your first visit of your Workers’ Compensation claim. And, you must tell your employer of your choice to be treated by a chiropractor. We will provide you with the relevant forms to complete.
All procedures must be paid for in full on the time of the visit and claimed back by the patient.

Motor Vehicle Injuries

The Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) provides payment for chiropractic care for injuries sustained in motor vehicle collisions. You must report your collision and injuries to the ICWA (telephone 9264 3333) who will provide you with a claim number. We will provide you with the relevant forms to complete.

Veteran’s Care

The Department of Veteran’s Affairs pays for chiropractic care to Veterans on medical referral. Please ask your GP for a referral. There is no out of pocket expense.

Allied Health Care

You can get a referral from you GP and receive 5 bulk billed appointments a year through Medicare. Please talk to your GP and have this referral ready for your initial consult to receive a bulk billed appointment.

Accounts

Please note: Leederville Chiropractic Clinic does not have patient accounts and payment is due on the day. Patients then claim from the relevant insurance company.
